REGISTRATION and FEES

Registration is required for all Conference participants and accompanying persons.

Conference Registration, Accommodation and Transport is centrally handled by Congress Agency Albatros Bled.

To register click on the "Register online" button. You will be redirected to central registration website. During the registration process you can also book accommodation and transfer from and back to the airport. The detailed time schedule for shuttle will be announced a week before the Conference. Transfer from the airport can be organized only for those attendees who provide information about their flight number and arrival time (will be organized shuttle bus transfer). Driver will wait in the arrival lobby with conference sign.

The deadline for accommodation reservation is August 31, 2016 after that date rooms will be available on request basis. The Organizing Secretariat reserved a number of hotel rooms and agreed for a special room price for all Symposium participants.

You can pay by credit card or by international bank transfer. Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Payment

Important

  • Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name(s)
  • All payments should have the notification "SPIBC"
  • For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
  • Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
  • VAT (22%) is included in the participation fee

Confirmation of Registration

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

Registration and Information Desk

The Registration Desk for the XIV Symposium on Proteinase Inhibitors and Biological Control 2016 will be located in the Foyer II of Hotel Bernardin as follows:

  • Saturday, September 17, from 17.00 - 20.00
  • Sunday, September 18, from 8.00 - 18.00
  • Monday, September 19, from 8.00 - 18.00
  • Tuesday, September 20, from 8.00 - 18.00

Conference Identification Badge

A conference identification badge will be included in the conference materials provided at Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the conference badge. Invitations to social events will be collected at the entrance.

Attendance Certificate

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
