ABSTRACTS

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral, short lecture or poster presentations. Abstracts must be written in English. All contributions will be subject to an independent, anonymous review process. Accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book given to all delegates upon registration at the registration desk.

• Abstracts should contain 400-500 words, including titles, authors and affiliation. We ask the authors to submit the abstracts electronically via jsi@abografika.si
• Figure, table or other illustrations should not be included in the abstracts.
• It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
• Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author.
• If the first author (presenting author) is unable to present, he or she must immediately inform the Congress secretariat in writing form which of the co-authors will be responsible for presentation. Only as a last resort the presenting author should send a written withdrawal to the Congress secretariat.

POSTERS

Poster boards will be 90 cm wide by 105 cm high. Recommended poster size is thus 80 cm by 90 cm.

A poster should be simple, self-contained and self-explanatory, clearly presenting the major results and conclusions of the study. Please use clear, visible graphics and large type. Titles and headings should be a minimum of 50 point size, while 25 point size is suitable for text. Minimize the narrative and use short, separated paragraphs, preferably using a clear sans serif font. Titles and captions should be short and easy to read. Each figure or table should have a short, descriptive heading of one or two lines. Additional essential information should be provided below in a legend.
